Job Description / Responsibility

• Set up a communication bridge between Management and workers.
• Continuous Counseling to make the worker fully motivated towards their responsible and loyal to the company.
• Look after workers welfare such as their leave and holidays, medical facilities, toilet facilities, canteen facilities.
• Support and assist the Management to handle the grievances of the workers.
• Keep the workers aware about their salary and wages, overtime work and overtime allowance.
• Ensure the workers are treated with dignity and respect and no worker abused verbally or physically.
• Ensure a better understanding between Production Management and workers.
• Follow up the physical condition of Pregnant workers, help them for a periodic test, advice them.
• Help the pregnant workers to take maternity leave and ensure their benefits as per the law of the land.
• Give orientation to the newly recruited workers.
• Look after the suggestions box scheme and make sure proper utilization of it.
• Organize meeting with workers representative.
• Responsible to conduct exit interview of the workers.

Educational Requirements

Graduate/ Masters in any discipline.

Experience Requirements

• At least 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Welfare
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Garments (Woven/Apparel/Knitting)

Additional Job Requirements

• Age At most 28 year(s)
• Only females are allowed to apply.
Proficient in MS Office suit especially in Excel.
