Job Description / Responsibility

Job Location: Baridhara, Dhaka
Starting date: Immediate
Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop GadgerGang7�s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Prospect for potential new clients by visiting personally and turn this into increased business.
Set up meetings between client decision makers and company�s senior officials..
Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
Attend different events, such as product launching and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends. Managing ability to ongoing sales conference and presentation skills such as PowerPoint presentation etc.
Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
Corporate proposal and offers preparation and follow up.
Submit monthly progress reports and ensure the monthly client list with increased business.
Work with marketing staff to ensure that pre-requisites (like pre-qualification or getting on a vendor list) are fulfilled within a timely manner.
Ensure all team members represent their market development need and assist each sales team accordingly.
Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company's people and capabilities.
Understand the company's goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company's performance and new product development.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Post Graduation in Marketing/Finance from any reputed university.
