Job Description / Responsibility

• Capable to human behavior and understand the psychological part of the individual.
• Conduct psychological test before final employment.
• Plan and conduct motivational training to that employee as per the requirement.
• Assist HR department to select the right persons in right place during interview.
• Act as group psychologist and advice any matter related to human behavior.
• Conduct training as per the requirement.
