Job Description / Responsibility

• Counsel workers and staff level employees of their all concerns including grievances in positive manner;
• Assist management in maintaining & fostering all disciplinary matters & ensuring the procedure compliant with BEPZA Instructions and Bangladesh Labor Act and Rules;
• Develop good and reliable Employees & Employer Industrial Relation ;
• Involve /conduct employee training and development programs;
• Inculcate feeling of ownership among employees;
• Conduct workers & staff level exit interviews;
• Prepare reports as per management requirements.

Educational Requirements

• Minimum - Degree from any reputed university.
• Post graduate in HRM/ Psychology will be preferred

Experience Requirements

• At least 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Factory HR Administration, General HR
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments (Woven/Apparel/Knitting)

Additional Job Requirements

• Age 25 to 35 year(s)
• Only females are allowed to apply.
• Minimum 2 years as a Counselor/ Welfare Officer or in the same job role;
• Good knowledge in English and Computer skills;
• Job location : Dhaka EPZ.
